Our interactive workshops are designed for anyone
within your company. We will teach them simple techniques to combat
stress and fatigue via several teaching methods.

Group discussions to help them understand
stress and identify
their own stressors and how to deal with them.

Exercises endorsed by our osteopath to relieve
muscular tension and fatigue.

Self massage techniques.

Breathing techniques to calm and soothe the
nervous system.

Simple meditation and visualisation exercises
that can be used
at work or at home.

Enable them to experience the use of music for
relaxation or invigoration.
We ask
that staff wear comfortable clothing for the interactive workshops.

corporate therapy packages below attended by one therapist, however if
none of these are suitable for your needs we
are always happy to develop a package that will meet your requirements.
For larger customised
packages it will be necessary to provide two therapists per booking,
charged at a rate of £30 per hour per therapist.
