Please note
if you have never meditated before you would greatly benefit from
attending a one
off private session before joining the regular class. This will enable
you to confidently practice the special breathing technique used in
meditation.

Brenda is a fully qualified meditation teacher and practises both guided
meditation and breathing technique in small informal classes
and
private 1-2-1 sessions.
If you have ever
wanted to learn how to relax or meditate, have been to a class before and not
progressed to the level you would have liked to achieve or felt
uncomfortable in a group, then Brenda can offer you a safe and
friendly environment in which to learn or further develop your current skills.
You may
also take 1:2:1 sessions at the practice, which are beneficial if you have not practised
meditation before and would like a session before you
join a class or if you just wish to receive private tuition.
